As we start to return to diving I know that some of you will have suffered Covid at one level or another. Questions about when can I return to diving have been raised and I feel that now is probably a good time to direct those involved to the UKDMC score card. This provides a good guide as to when you should consider approaching a medical referee for medical clearance required before you can start diving again.
