CMAS

CMAS is an international umbrella organisation encompassing many underwater sports with a specific interest in scuba diving. With a proven history of maintaining high standards in diver training, the affiliation with CMAS is an important element of our association’s offering to scuba divers.

The courses provided by the SAA have been written to ensure they meet the strict requirements of the CMAS International Diver Training Certification System. Whether delivered at a local, regional or national level, the courses have been approved by CMAS so successful divers receive not only a SAA certificate upon completion but also the appropriate CMAS qualification.

CMAS accredited training means our divers can have confidence that their training qualification will be recognised worldwide.
